Richard Collingridge was born in london on the 6th of July 1985 and studied illustration at the University of West England for three years from 2005 until he graduated in 2008. He does illustrated books, book covers, book interior illustrations, concept designs and motion graphics. His favourite tools are pencils and graphic tablets... He has become particularly interested in film, being influenced in his work by directors such as Sergio Leone and Ridley Scott. He is based in paris at the moment trying a range of different things but his main priority is still to draw and he is constantly working to improve himself. His clients include Walker Books, David Fickling Books, Red Fox, Gottmar, Frances Lincoln, Aschehoug & Co and Random House Childrens Books.
